SolvixaLabs
SolvixaLabs
The terms for using SOQL AI, the Salesforce query studio from SolvixaLabs.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SolvixaLabs legal entity name ("SolvixaLabs", "we", "us") about SOQL AI, including the SOQL AI Mac app, the self-hosted web app, and their updates and documentation (together, "SOQL AI").
By installing or using SOQL AI you accept these Terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf, and "you" includes that organisation. If you have a separate written agreement with SolvixaLabs for SOQL AI, that agreement takes priority where the two differ.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use SOQL AI for your own or your organisation's internal business purposes, under these Terms.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute SOQL AI, remove its notices, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this despite this restriction.
SOQL AI can change Salesforce data: inline edits, inserts, updates, upserts, deletes, and running anonymous Apex. You're responsible for every change made through SOQL AI in your orgs, and for its effects.
SOQL AI includes safeguards: role checks, read-only connections, a typed confirmation before changes on production orgs, checks against Salesforce's field definitions, previews, and logs of edits, data jobs and Apex runs. These help prevent mistakes but don't guarantee against them. We recommend that you:
Undo in Edit history restores the newest saved inline edit to a record. It doesn't undo data operations or Apex.
SOQL AI works with services that we don't control, each under its own terms: Salesforce, OpenAI, the Salesforce CLI, Docker and Google Fonts. We aren't responsible for those services, their availability or their changes, which can affect how SOQL AI works.
SOQL AI is an independent product. It isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc. or OpenAI. Salesforce is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc. Other names belong to their owners.
You agree not to use SOQL AI to:
Your Salesforce data, queries and other content stay yours. SOQL AI stores what it needs on your device or on the server where your organisation runs it. SolvixaLabs doesn't receive it. The Privacy Policy explains what's stored, where, and what's sent to third parties.
You're responsible for the data you access, export or change with SOQL AI, and for handling it lawfully.
SOQL AI accounts are managed by whoever runs your copy of SOQL AI, usually you or your administrator. Keep your password, Salesforce credentials, API keys and the app's encryption and signing keys secret, and secure the device or server SOQL AI runs on. Tell your administrator, and us if relevant, about any unauthorised use.
We may update SOQL AI to fix problems, respond to changes in Salesforce or other services, or add, change or remove features. Some features may be labelled preview or beta. They may be less reliable, and we may change or withdraw them.
Confirm with SolvixaLabs: e.g. "SOQL AI is currently free to use." or describe paid plans. If you use SOQL AI under a paid plan or a separate agreement, that plan's or agreement's fee and payment terms apply. You remain responsible for your own Salesforce and OpenAI costs.
SolvixaLabs and its licensors own SOQL AI and all rights in it, except your data and content. These Terms don't give you any rights to our names, logos or trademarks.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SOQL AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that SOQL AI will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its results, including AI output and query plans, will be correct.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent the law allows, you'll compensate SolvixaLabs for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of SOQL AI against orgs or data you weren't authorised to use, or changes you made to Salesforce data.
You can stop using SOQL AI at any time by uninstalling it and deleting its data (see Support). We may end or suspend your licence if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Sections 4, 8 and 12 to 17 continue after these Terms end.
These Terms are governed by the laws of country / state. The courts of city, country have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or on this page before they take effect. If you keep using SOQL AI after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
